MIDLAND to BECKWITH ISLAND Anchor / Friday, July 15 (Day177)

Admiral's Log:     8:35 am, Fri. 7/15/16
Air Temp:   70     Water Temp:   72
                          Wind:   5 mph
                          Speed:   8.9

Four boats headed to Beckwith Island, it is surrounded by beautiful light green water, almost like the Bahamas. It started out pretty overcast and winds picked up, we had 3-5 foot waves and there were times we saw over 220 feet of water!

The color is pretty close to what we saw.
Midland Point Lighthouse

We dropped anchor at 10:45, so a pretty short run. It really was pretty water. There were a couple of sailboats anchored with us. We had a nice relaxing day. Read and napped. We had chicken salad for dinner.

Phase II and Morningstar II at our anchorage.
